Augat Chiropractic has served MidCoast Maine for 33 years and has been chosen “Best of the MidCoast” every year since the inception of that award.  Dr. Augat is a leader in the profession, having been the chairman of the profession’s national research and guidelines council, president of the Northeast Chiropractic Council and the Maine Chiropractic Association, state delegate and research committee member of the American Chiropractic Association and board member on the Chiropractic Congress.  He has treated patients from 1 day old to over 100 years old and people from all walks of life and he has been sought out by professional, Olympic and NCAA athletes for his expertise as a certified Chiropractic Sports Physician.  He is respected by the medical community as being knowledgeable, skilled and passionate about helping his patients become pain-free and to attain optimal outcomes.  He employs a broad variety of soft tissue, manipulative and physiotherapeutic techniques, combined with expert guidance in exercise and nutrition.  He can be seen at his Brunswick office or his Kingfield/Sugarloaf office and accepts new patients.
